How long does it take for an item to be shipped?

As soon as you've paid for your order, we process it within 1 business day. If you place an order early enough, we may be able to process and ship your order the same day. We ship our items primarily through Canada Post so usually orders will arrive to you within a matter of days depending on where you are located. FedEx and UPS orders can be monitored via the provided tracking number if applicable to your purchase.
An item I want is 'SOLD OUT'? When will it be restocked?

Unfortunately if you see that an item is 'SOLD OUT' it may be that way for a while. Keep in mind that here at Rel8ted Apparel, we limit our releases purposely in order to increase the value of our items. Any merch marked 'Original' or 'Classic' will usually be restocked as soon as possible. Check our website regularly to see if the item you were looking for is back in stock. You can also sign up for our newsletter, to stay updated on new releases or major restocks. We're always playing with the colour ways too, so you might be able to get the same item your looking for in another flavour!
I got the wrong item. Do I qualify for a refund?

If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, we will for sure fix that! We can either arrange for the item to be picked up via one of our trusted mail couriers, or have you ship it back to us (on our dime) for a refund or exchange. Please refer to our shipping/refund page for details on our return policy.
I placed an order already but I want to add more items, how can I update my cart?"

Unfortunately there is no way for you to update an order once it's placed. You will have to place a separate order. We're sorry for the inconvenience!
I just used the contact form. How long will it take to get a response?

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1-2 business days if not sooner. Your questions and concerns really matter to us, so we will do our best to answer you in a timely manner.
